Zibo Jinjiyuan Abrasives specializes in the research, production and development of fused alumina, silicon and carbide abrasive materials and powders, and abrasive paper cloth and belts.
Our two factories cover an area of 40,000 square meters and is manned by 120 staff members who can turn out 260 tons of white fused aluminia micropowder, 260 tons of green silicon carbide micropowder and 220 tons of special white alumina oxide antifriction powder for wooden floor and paint per month.
R&D is important to us and this is why we invest USD 500,000 per year in this department. We employ 20 professional R&D staff who have been in the industry for the past 16 years. We currently have eight invention patents and have established a research center with a well-known university. Our team utilizes advanced equipment such as Japan grinding machines and US Beckman Coulter particle size analyzers (MultisizerTM 3). The Coulter Multisizer II, is the most advanced particle size analyzer in the world. It is a versatile, multichannel, particle size analyzer, which employs the Coulter electrical impedance method to provide a particle size distribution analysis within the overall range of 0.4um to 1200um.
We also have 20 QC staff who strictly implements quality control procedures. As a result, our factory and our products are now compliant with RoHS, SGS, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 standards. Today, we export our products to the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea and other countries.
